Once you’ve booked either online or directly with me, you’ll receive a confirmation email which includes your consultation form.

Please complete this with as much detail as possible even injuries from 10+ years ago can still affect how you move today. This helps me prepare and start forming a treatment plan before you arrive.

You’ll also receive a gentle text reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

The clinic is located within Old Halyrude School, now the Business Hub & Auction House.

• Come through the double gates

• Parking is available in the old playground, right outside

• Enter through the main central door under the Dance Pointe Academy sign

• Follow the corridor to the left

• I am the second studio on the right

HOW DO I FIND THE CLINIC?

When you arrive, we’ll spend 10–15 minutes discussing your consultation form and medical history so I can create a tailored treatment plan.

If you're attending for sports therapy I will carry out a full musculoskeletal and postural assessment before beginning treatment.

If you’re here for relaxation, we’ll focus on creating a calm environment and giving your body the space to fully switch off.

WHAT HAPPENS ON MY FIRST VISIT?

If you’re attending for rehabilitation or movement-based treatment, please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Shorts, a t-shirt and trainers are ideal.

For massage treatments, you will be asked to undress to your underwear. You will always have privacy to change, and you will be professionally draped throughout your treatment.

WHAT WILL MY SESSION COST?

I understand things change but please get in touch as soon as possible you have to change or cancel you appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged at the full session fee.

No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will be charged at the full treatment fee.
