Hi, I’m Sam.
I began my journey in massage therapy in 2005, and since 2012 it’s been my full-time career. In 2019, I trained in Sports and Remedial Massage with the Scottish Massage School, which shifted my focus towards a more clinical, results driven approach.
I’m currently working towards qualifications in Sports and Clinical Therapy with Core Elements Training, alongside my Level 3 Personal Training qualification. This allows me to bridge the gap between hands on treatment and structured rehabilitation and strength work. My aim isn’t just to ease pain, but to help you rebuild, move confidently, and stay strong long term. And if relaxation is what you need, I love slowing the pace down for that too.
I continue to invest in further training so I can keep expanding my skills and deliver the best possible care. I am also a fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapist, FHT.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me outdoors up a hill somewhere. Nature is my reset. I love to cook, run, and hike, but above all, I’m a proud mum and wife. My family are my world.
If you’re ready to start feeling more comfortable, confident, and at home in your body, I’d be honoured to support you on that journey.
